Here are some of our most frequently asked questions to better help you navigate our site and place your orders.
Q: What is the turnaround time for orders?
A: It depends on the product ordered!
Digital resources are available for download immediately after payment processes. If you are having an issue downloading your purchase, please send us a message so we can fix that for you ASAP.
Ready to ship items such as our jewelry, Pica Candy, keychains, toys, learning materials, etc. ship within 1-2 business days.
Custom orders such as painted shoes ship within 5-10 business days.
T-Shirts and other apparel ship within 3-5 business days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: No returns are accepted on orders both physical and digital. However, if there is an issue that we made an oops on, no worries! We will fix it for you! If there is an issue with your order, please message us and we will help to remedy the situation.
Q: What do I do if my package says "delivered" but I did not receive it?
A: Please send us a message so that we can open a case with USPS or UPS (depending on which carrier was used for shipping your order). Once a package leaves our office, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages but we can help you track it down or open a case with the shipping carrier.
Q: Do you accept custom orders or color changes?
A: Absolutely! Many of our current products once started out as a customer request! We are always open to trying new things. If you are looking for specific color changes, a picture of the shade you are looking for is always helpful in color matching. Just be aware that some color shades may be slightly different due to the way they appear digitally.
